Shipping & Returns
Do you deliver Australia wide?
Yes. All of our items can be shipped Australia wide, with commercial grade packaging to ensure safe arrival.
For Sydney/Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane/ Gold Coast / Sunshine Coast we have a great network of couriers.
Please add a note in your order if there are internal stairs, as not all couriers will bring heavy items up internal stairs.
For areas outside the above, please contact us prior to purchasing to confirm delivery costs.
Do you accept exchanges if I change my mind?
For Click and Collect orders, you must return the item in the original packaging within three business days of picking up your order. If outside of three business days, exchanges will be at our discretion.
For delivered items, you must notify us of any exchange within 48 hours of receipt and all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
What happens if there is a problem with my item?
We will replace the item if in stock, otherwise we will issue a full refund.
We aim at all times to be fast and fair in resolving issues. On the rare occasion that an issue may arise, our focus will be on satisfying our customers rather than our bottom line.
